Julie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, specializing in root-cause, functional medicine. She combines her traditional medical training with a holistic, personalized approach to support hormone balance, gut health, immune resilience, and long-term vitality.

She received her nursing degrees from Boise State University and The George Washington University, and is currently completing her certification with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). Julie also brings advanced training in comprehensive stool analysis, food sensitivities, and more.

Known for her compassionate, whole-person care, Julie believes in getting to the why behind symptoms—not just treating the surface. She helps patients build sustainable wellness through lifestyle, nutrition, and integrative tools tailored to each stage of life.

Originally from Boise, Idaho, Julie loves her community and supporting the health of families in her hometown. When she’s not working with patients, you’ll find her camping, hiking, biking, or cooking with her husband and their two boys. She’s passionate about creating space for healing, connection, and lifelong health.
